Prof. András Pataricza Prof. András Pataricza is a graduate from the Technical University of Budapest (BUTE) and holds a D.Sc. degree from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. Currently he is leader of BUTE’s Research Group for Fault-Tolerant Systems.

György Csertán, PhD. György Csertán holds an MS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Business Administration. He received his Ph.D. at the Budapest Technical University in 1998 in Information Technology. He absolved a course on high-tech enterpreneurship with a special emphasis on spin-offs at the University of Berkely (USA) thanks to a fellowship granted by Intel. György Csertán has 15 years of experience in model based design and analysis of resilient IT systems. Before joining OptXware he spent several years with University of Veszprém and Budapest University of Technology and Economics as technical manager of various R&D projects. He was the initiator of the Central Transdanubian Research & Development Portal. His professional interest includes dependable systems, e-business systems, and dependability in embedded systems. He has a wife, three daughters and a son. His personal interest is photography and hiking. |

Carlos A Garcia Carlos Garcia is an independent consultant with over twenty-five years of experience in application of advanced technologies in industry and academia. He holds a BSEE, an MS in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MS in Computer Science from the Polytechnic Institute of New York and an MS in Information Systems Engineering from Polytechnic University of New York. He is also a graduate of the IBM Systems Research Institute.

András Balogh András Balogh holds an MS in Technical Informatics received from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2004. He was a Ph.D. student at the Fault Tolerant Systems Research Group at BUTE. His professional interest includes model-driven development of dependable systems and e-business systems, and formal analysis of system models. He has many years of experience in architectural system design, and in software and transformation development. He holds courses on Eclipse-based development, and UML modeling. He was the chief software architect of the DECOS tool chain and principal investigator in the GENESYS and DECOS projects and numerous industrial projects. His personal interest is railway-modeling.

dr. Dániel Varró Dániel Varró holds an MS in Technical Informatics. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the Budapest Technical University in 2004.

László Gönczy László Gönczy received his M.Sc. in Software Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2003 and his MS in Engineer-economics from Corvinus University of Budapest in 2006. |
